Victoria Norris-Diez
AGENCY PRODUCER
Victoria brings a wealth of experience in high-end sales, relationship management, and luxury product representation to our Personal Lines team. After years of leading and growing teams in the ultra-premium spirits and coffee industries, she’s now turning her expertise to the equally exhilarating world of high-end insurance. From helping clients choose the perfect single malt to guiding them through securing the right insurance for their high end properties, Victoria knows how to balance sophistication with practicality.
Having spent years working throughout Santa Barbara and California’s luxury markets, Victoria eventually decided it was time to put down roots and call this incredible place home. Now, she enjoys life in Santa Barbara with her family—including kids at La Colina Junior High and SBCC—fully embracing the community she once passed through so often. She’s especially passionate about working with clients who, like her, are ready to turn their dream of living in Santa Barbara into a long-term reality. Whether advising experienced investors, second-home buyers, or those transitioning from city life to coastal living, she specializes in properties between $3-7 million, ensuring her clients have the protection they need for their most valuable assets.
With a career spanning everything from managing high-end client relationships to executing large-scale brand strategies, Victoria thrives in fast-paced environments where precision and service matter. Now, rather than running teams behind the scenes, she’s excited to work directly with clients—bringing her signature energy, expertise, and problem-solving mindset to every conversation.
When she’s not advising clients, you’ll find Victoria exploring Santa Barbara’s trails, enjoying the local culinary scene, or planning her next adventure. She also maintains strong ties to her roots in Ohio but is far more comfortable in the sunshine of the California coast.
